Her family moved from the Philippines to Texas, United States when she was 13 years old. Her two older siblings stayed within the Phillipines. The Poarch family later became an United States Navy officer and was stationed for a few months in Japan. Bella asserted that her father was abusive towards her, the brother she had with her and also herself.
